1999 Sirius Software User Group
June 6 - June 9
Salem, Massachusetts

Thanks to the many users that attended and the several that gave presentations, the fifth annual Sirius User Group meeting was a total success. The schedule, location and social events were very well received. In response to overwhelming positive sentiment, planning is already underway to host SUG 00 (that's double-ought) in Salem next spring.

SUG 99 was held from Sunday, June 6 through Wednesday, June 9 at the Hawthorne Hotel in historic Salem, Massachusetts. Sunday's classes for "Introductory HTML" and "Web Application Fundamentals" were attended by over 40 students, with standing room only. Fine weather met our reception in the Japanese gardens of the Peabody Essex Museum. Dinner at the Lyceum was scrumptious. The sunset harbor cruise and dinner dance with the Caribbean Steel Band "Pan Loco" was fabulous.

In between the social events, several informative presentations were given.: Many of the foils from the presentations are available online. See the information and tips below on the alternative choices for viewing these presentations.
